Cancellation Policy

Standard Stays - Cancelling within 3 days of arrival will result in a $35 rebooking fee.  There will be no fee for cancelling prior to 3 days of arrival.  No show/no call will be charged first night’s rate.

Holidays/Special Events – Cancelling within 7 days of arrival will result in a $70 rebooking fee.  There will be no fee for cancelling prior to 7 days of arrival.  No show/no call will be charged first night’s rate.
